Prices are starting points. Heavily matted coats, very large breeds and anxious pets can take longer; we always tell you before we start, never after.

1Hello and coat checkWe meet your pet, check skin, ears and paws, and agree the style and price with you.
2A warm, unhurried bathLukewarm water, a pet-safe shampoo suited to the coat, and plenty of breaks.
3Low-noise dryingCage-free. A groomer stays with your pet from start to finish, and no pet is left unattended on a table.
4Trim and finishScissor work first, clippers only where needed, finished with a brush and a treat.
5Photo and reportYou get a photo on WhatsApp and a short note on skin, ears and anything the vet should look at.
