“I left Mochi for six nights over Raya and for the first time I did not spend balik kampung worrying. The 9 am photo, every single day, made all the difference.”
“Our three cats stayed together in the Family Suite for CNY week. They came home calm, not stressed, and no one has ever sent me a photo of my cats asleep in a patch of sunlight before.”
“Biscuit’s tail does not stop wagging at the gate. Real rooms, not rows of cages, and the daycare pass has saved us on every long work day.”
“Bella is a rescue Aspin who panics in new places. They suggested a trial afternoon first and sent me videos, and she is a different dog now. Honest pricing, too.”
Good to know
Vaccinations, food, medication and cancellations are all in the full FAQ.
Read every answerDogs need an up-to-date DHPPiL and rabies vaccine, and kennel cough if they join daycare. Cats need F3 or F4 and, if they were vaccinated for rabies, that card too. We check the vaccination card at every check-in, so please bring it or a photo of it from your vet app.
Six to eight weeks ahead. Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year and Deepavali weeks are our busiest, and some rooms are gone before the long weekend is even announced. A peak surcharge of 20% applies on the nights inside the peak dates, and we hold your room with a 50% deposit.
We work hard to avoid it. Cats are in their own wing, away from dogs and their noise, with calming diffusers, a hiding box in every room and a carer who sits quietly with shy guests. Bring a worn T-shirt or blanket that smells like home. Most cats are eating normally on day one.
Please do. A changed diet is the fastest way to an upset tummy, so we only feed what your pet eats at home. Pre-portion it into labelled bags or boxes, one for each meal, and add a few spare days. We also stock a few premium brands if you run out, at cost.
Tell us the dates and we will reply on WhatsApp within the hour. Hari Raya, Chinese New Year and Deepavali rooms fill 6–8 weeks ahead.
